RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or minimally used, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please contact us before sending any items back.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

REFUNDS

Refund Method: Since we accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your provided bank account. Please ensure you provide accurate bank account details when requesting a refund.

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process after we receive and approve your return. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process and post the refund to your account.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
