Herbit ("we" and "us") operates the website (https://herbit.pk) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below, designed to ensure both parties are informed and consent to this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

GENERAL

At Herbit, we strive to keep our supply chain efficient to fulfill your orders promptly. However, occasional production or supply chain discrepancies may occur, preventing us from fulfilling all items at purchase. In such cases, we will contact you to decide if you wish to wait for the ordered item's availability or prefer to cancel the order.

SHIPPING COSTS

Herbit offers shipping across Pakistan. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

All shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and will be shown before you complete your order.

DELIVERY TERMS

3.1 Standard Delivery Time:

Our standard delivery timeframe is 5-7 working days across Pakistan. This allows us to process your order and ensure safe delivery to your doorstep.

3.2 Dispatch Time:

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Our warehouse operates during standard business hours, except on national holidays, when it will be closed. We minimize shipment delays in these instances.

3.3 Change of Delivery Address:

Requests for delivery address changes can be accommodated before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address. Once the order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address, but we will do our best to assist you.

3.4 Items Delayed:

If an item is delayed for production or availability reasons, we'll dispatch the ready items immediately and send the remaining items once they're available. You will be notified of any delays and given the option to wait or cancel the delayed items.

3.5 Delivery Time Exceeded:

Should delivery time exceed expectations, please contact us for an investigation. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve any delivery issues promptly.

3.6 Payment on Delivery:

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Payment is made directly to the delivery person at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready, or be prepared to receive change if needed.

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email or text message from Herbit and/or our courier company with a tracking ID to monitor their shipment's progress. You can use this tracking ID to check the status of your order at any time.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it at the time of delivery and contact our customer service immediately. If the parcel has been delivered in your absence and you discover damage upon opening it, please reach out to customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

For damaged items, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs you may have incurred. Please provide photos of the damaged items when contacting us to help us process your claim faster.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted anytime before the order has been dispatched for any reason, providing you with flexibility and peace of mind. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, but please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or inability to contact you, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, and that someone is available to receive the package during business hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside Pakistan, please contact us to discuss potential shipping arrangements.
